The high-performance loudspeaker generates a sound pressure of 136 dB and can still be heard at approx. 85 dB at a diameter of 1/2 kilometer. In contrast to directional loudspeakers, the 360° single-point sound source, also known as spherical, ensures a relatively reflection-free reproduction of speech in inner-city areas thanks to the high direct sound component.
