Employee (m/f/d) Work Preparation & Documentation - Electrical Engineering / Audio Technology

Your tasks

Your tasks

Technical work preparation

  • Analysing existing production processes and deriving optimal workflows
  • Definition of required tools, devices, aids and materials
  • Ensuring that all workstations receive the necessary documents and resources
  • Standardisation and continuous improvement of processes (CIP)
  • Close co-operation with production and, if necessary, active support with set-up, tests or adjustments to ensure the practical feasibility of work preparation.

Technical documentation

  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for electrotechnical assemblies
  • Close cooperation with production staff to record real work processes
  • Documentation of inspection and test procedures
  • Compliance with internal quality and safety standards

Creation of assembly and construction instructions

  • Development of clear, illustrated and easy-to-understand step-by-step instructions
  • Creating and structuring assembly instructions for electronics, cables, speakers and other components
  • Creating and updating production and test documents
  • Definition of devices and processes to optimise assembly

Order preparation

  • Preparation of production orders including parts lists, documents and picking information
  • Coordination with warehouse and production regarding material availability
  • Ensuring a smooth flow of information between all departments involved
  • Employee training for new orders, work processes or documents

Quality & handover

  • Inspection and acceptance of manufactured assemblies based on defined quality standards
  • Follow-up of errors and development of improvement measures
  • Training and familiarising employees with new documents, processes or products

What sets you apart

  • Completed training/studies in electronics, mechatronics or your personal experience form the basis.

  • Technical understanding in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or comparable branches of industry.
  • Confident handling of technical drawings, production documents and test processes.
  • Structured and meticulous way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy working with production & warehouse.
  • Ability to present complex technical processes in an understandable way.
  • Enthusiasm for audio technologies and innovations in electronics are your motivation.

  • You have experience in work preparation and technical documentation.

  • You work independently, efficiently and in a structured manner to find the best and most innovative solution.

  • You are characterised by your hands-on and problem-solving mentality.

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers

  • Willingness to work hands-on in production if required and to take responsibility for the feasibility of your own work preparation - from concept to actual realisation on the product.
